Mint and freeze authorities are disabled, so no new supply can be printed and no balance can be frozen.
The name belongs to a real animal. Moo Deng is a pygmy hippopotamus born on 10 July 2024 at the Khao Kheow Open Zoo in Si Racha, Chonburi, Thailand, whose photos and videos went around the world in September 2024. The token followed the meme within days: it was minted on pump.fun, and its first liquidity pool opened on 10 September 2024. There was no presale and no team allocation, which the project’s own site sums up as “Pumpfun tokenomics”. CoinGecko files it under Solana meme coins and the pump.fun category, and Jupiter marks the mint verified with meme and community tags.
Market cap was about $39 million on 13 September 2026, spread across those 93,450 wallets, and the project’s site describes the hippo as living on Solana so her legacy outlasts the news cycle.
