Goatseus Maximus (GOAT) is a Solana memecoin that an anonymous account minted and an AI persona made famous, and a GOAT coin community chat is the one thing inside it nobody can check: any stranger can open a group, call it the holders’ room, and fill it with wallets that sold in 2024. What GOAT is

GOAT is an SPL token on Solana at mint CzLSujWBLFsSjncfkh59rUFqvafWcY5tzedWJSuypump, with six decimals and 999,978,976 tokens in circulation against a one billion maximum. Mint and freeze authorities are disabled, so no new GOAT can be printed and no balance frozen.

An anonymous pump.fun account deployed the token on 10 October 2024, and it graduated from the bonding curve to an open pool eleven minutes later. The name came from Truth Terminal, the AI persona the researcher Andy Ayrey built out of model-to-model conversations: the bot had posted its goatse gospel for months, a human minted the ticker, and the bot endorsed it. Truth Terminal did not deploy GOAT, and holding the token conveys no ownership of the agent and no vote. Marc Andreessen had funded Ayrey’s experiment with a bitcoin grant worth about $50,000 in July 2024, months before the mint existed.

GOAT set the template for the AI-meme trade that followed, and CoinGecko files it under meme, AI meme and Terminal of Truths. Its all-time high was $1.35 on 17 November 2024, five weeks after the mint. Market cap was about $16.5 million on 13 September 2026, 942nd by CoinGecko’s ranking, across 87,840 wallets.

Where the GOAT community chats today

No company runs Goatseus Maximus, so there is no team site. CoinGecko lists goatchan.xyz, which redirects to goat.cx, an independent archive of the token’s history that says it does not issue GOAT. The two live channels on the listing are the gospelofgoatse account on X and the GoatseusMaximusSolanaPortal group on Telegram. No Discord server appears.

One open Telegram group for 87,840 wallets fails in the usual way. A copy with the same avatar and a near-identical name is minutes of work, so a search for the portal returns several candidates. Scam DMs land as soon as you post. Nobody there can tell a holder from a wallet that exited near the top in November 2024: a screenshot is the only proof on offer, and screenshots are free. GOAT holders on Cherry

Cherry opened a GOAT Holders room at chat.cherry.fun/@goat on 12 September 2026. Cherry created it and Cherry runs it: this is Cherry’s holders room, not the token’s channel, and Cherry is not affiliated with the GOAT team or with Truth Terminal. Entry is one token balance rule against the mint above, minimum 1 GOAT. The room is public, and on 13 September 2026 it had 138 members and no reviews.

The app reads the chain itself when you join, so nobody sends you a verification link and no bot asks you to sign on a third-party site. Token-gated chat explains the rule types, and membership is re-checked in the background: a wallet that sells out of GOAT is paywalled, staying a member with message content withheld until a later check, or the Re-check button, restores it, and that check can take a few days to catch up. From inside it you can DM any wallet address , including wallets that never opened Cherry, and trade in the chat . Size goes through OTC escrow in the Cherry mobile app, which settles both legs at once, and an airdrop campaign can pay the wallets the balance rule already admits.

How to create a GOAT-gated room

  1. Open chat.cherry.fun and sign in with a Solana wallet. The wallet signs a message; nothing goes on-chain.
  2. Create a group with a name, description and handle. Keep it public so it gets a storefront page.
  3. Add an access requirement of the token balance type and paste the mint CzLSujWBLFsSjncfkh59rUFqvafWcY5tzedWJSuypump. Confirm it resolves to Goatseus Maximus before you save: one wrong character is a different token.
  4. Set the minimum. 1 GOAT admits any holder; 1,000,000 GOAT builds a room of larger positions. A group takes up to five rules under all or any logic, so the balance can sit beside a .sol or .skr name.
  5. Share the public link. Visitors see the requirement, and whether their wallet passes, before they join.

Risks and disclaimers

GOAT has no team to appeal to and no official site, which makes impersonation the standing risk: read the mint off a listing or an explorer, never off a message. The largest holders together sat on about 45% of supply on 13 September 2026, so one wallet can move the price a room is discussing. A balance rule proves a wallet held the minimum when the chain was read, not that its owner is honest, so a room still needs mods. Group chats on Cherry are not end-to-end encrypted, by design, so moderation and bots can work; DMs are end-to-end encrypted with keys derived from your wallet.
