Mint and freeze authorities are disabled, so no new supply can be printed and no balance can be frozen. An unnamed deployer created it on pump.fun on 25 October 2024, and it graduated from the bonding curve to an open pool 56 minutes later. The name is the artwork. Maurizio Cattelan's 2019 piece Comedian is a banana attached to a wall with silver duct tape, and comedian.meme calls the token "The First Art Meme in History", citing the $120,000 the piece first sold for.
