What is Seeker Season? It is Solana Mobile’s engagement campaign for the Solana Seeker phone: rounds of featured apps in the Solana dApp Store, each with quests to complete, badges to collect, and SKR to claim. Season 1 opened on 8 September 2025 and Season 2 began on 8 January 2026. Cherry, the wallet-to-wallet messenger and community app for crypto, ships on that dApp Store and hosts the largest Solana Seeker owners chat.
How Seeker Season works
A season is a stretch of months, not a single drop. Solana Mobile gives an app a slot and asks Seekers to use it: connect the Seed Vault Wallet first, then do the thing the app is for. Finish a quest and you earn a badge stamped with the app, the quest and the day you earned it. Badges sit in the Solana dApp Store and in the Activity Tracking tab of the Seed Vault Wallet.
Running underneath the quests is a score. Seeker Season 2 tracks engagement in three categories: Onchain Activity, dApp Exploration and Daily Use. Crypto Briefing reported on 20 August 2026 that Solana Mobile had recalibrated the onchain part to favour real transaction patterns over repetitive activity aimed at the score. Badges come from quests; the score decides how large a reward tier you land in.

What Cherry does in a season
Cherry is one of the apps a Seeker installs from the Solana dApp Store, rated 4.8 stars from more than 4,000 reviews as of September 2026. There are no points and no XP inside it. Season scoring belongs to the Seed Vault Wallet, and Cherry keeps no parallel tally.
What Cherry runs is quest-style eligibility for airdrop campaigns. A team funds a treasury, opens the campaign to a fixed number of claimants or for a time window, and sets who qualifies: hold a token, hold an NFT from a collection, sit on a whitelist, or pass a custom check the team defines. One claim per wallet, and claiming is instant.
The Seeker side of Cherry is a room. The Seeker Club is gated by a .skr domain and had more than 8,600 members in September 2026. A campaign aimed at Seekers can use the same rule.
