Best memecoin trading apps on Solana: 7 compared
Axiom, GMGN, fomo, Phantom, Jupiter Mobile, Telegram bots and Cherry, compared on who holds the keys, where you trade, the social layer and published fees.
The best memecoin trading app depends on three decisions you make before you look at features: who holds the key that signs your trades (a wallet a bot creates, a wallet the app embeds in your account, or your own wallet), where the trade happens (a web terminal, a phone app or a chat), and what the social layer is (a feed, a leaderboard or a group chat). This list is for Solana traders choosing between Axiom, GMGN, fomo, Phantom, Jupiter Mobile, the Telegram trading bots and Cherry, with each vendor’s published fee and its date. Cherry (cherry.fun) is the wallet-to-wallet messenger and community app for crypto in the set: you sign in with a wallet, DM any wallet address, join token-gated and paid group chats, and buy a token from the room where it was called, signed in your own wallet.
How we picked
Each option had to trade Solana memecoins and publish how it works on its own site. We compared the seven on five questions, and a fact made the table only when the vendor’s own page stated it:
- Keys: does the product generate a wallet, embed one in your account, or use a wallet you already hold?
- Venue: web terminal, phone app, Telegram or a chat app.
- Spot fee, from the vendor’s fee page, with the month we read it.
- Perps: offered or not, and where.
- Social layer: what you see of other traders, and whether you can talk to them.
Referral codes and affiliate fee tables were left out. Most fee numbers circulating online come from referral pages, and none are used here.
Axiom
Axiom is a web trading terminal. Its docs call it the “fastest and most feature-rich hybrid web trading experience” and list buy and sell on migration, spot buys, quick sell, limit orders, wallet tracking and an X (Twitter) monitor. Sign-up takes an email, a Google account or Phantom; the app then shows a recovery phrase and recommends importing it into a standard wallet such as Phantom or Solflare. The FAQ describes Axiom as a hybrid trading app and wallet that currently supports Solana, with Turnkey as its wallet infrastructure partner.
Fees as of October 2026: a net spot fee of 0.95% at the entry tier, falling to 0.75% at the top volume tier, with the difference paid back as SOL cashback. Perps run on Hyperliquid inside Axiom, and Axiom takes 0.01% per transaction on top.
Fit: the terminal for traders who want limit orders, migration buys and wallet tracking in one browser tab. The wallet is created with your account, so back up that phrase.
GMGN
GMGN is a multi-chain memecoin terminal with a family of Telegram bots. Its docs open with “Fast Trade, Fast Copy Trade, Fast AFK Automation” and cover a sniper bot, auto buy and sell with take-profit and stop-loss, smart-money tracking, copy trade and alert bots you can invite into your own Telegram group. The first time you use a GMGN Telegram bot it generates wallets on Solana, the EVM chains (Ethereum, Base and BSC share one address) and Tron. The docs state that private key export is prohibited on every chain, including for wallets imported from elsewhere, and withdrawals go through the GMGN website after you set up Google Authenticator and a whitelisted address. On the web you can also connect a wallet you already hold.
Fee as of October 2026: “GMGN only charges a 1% handling fee”, per transaction, with launchpad fees such as pump.fun’s charged separately by the launchpad.
Fit: for traders who live in Telegram and want automation across Solana and EVM chains. Know that a bot wallet’s key stays with the bot.
fomo
fomo is a phone and web app with a feed: its home page leads with a leaderboard, a feed to “discover and follow top traders”, alerts and “fund with apple pay”. The help center says the app generates a new wallet when you create an account and does not support importing one you already have. It also says “fomo does not have a copy trading feature”; you follow traders and decide yourself. Cointelegraph reported a $75 million Series B at a $550 million valuation on 22 June 2026.
Fees in September 2026: on Solana, 2% on orders from 5 to 47.50 USDC, a flat 0.95 USDC from 47.50 to 190 USDC and 0.50% from 190 USDC up, with fomo covering Solana network fees; 0.05% on select major tokens. Perps cost 0.05% per trade plus Hyperliquid’s fees, and the help center says they “are not available to U.S. Persons”.
Fit: a feed of traders and Apple Pay funding, with no gas to manage on Solana. The full comparison is on fomo app alternatives and Cherry vs fomo .
Jupiter Mobile
Jupiter Mobile is Jupiter’s phone app, which its page calls “The Onchain Money App” and “self-custodial”. As of October 2026 the page lists swaps of any Solana token with Market, Limit and Recurring orders, tokens, stocks and commodities, perps long and short, “Predict on real world events”, earning and borrowing, and payments. The page states no trading fee and no social features.
Fit: one app with your own keys that runs from spot to perps to predictions. No group or feed is attached to the trade.
Phantom
Phantom is a crypto wallet, and its chats are the part that matters for this list. Phantom’s help center (as of October 2026) says live chats appear “across tokens, perps, and prediction markets in the Phantom mobile app”, not in the extension. To post you need a Phantom username, at least $1 in your wallet and a profile set to Public or Private, and “you can buy or sell tokens, perps, and prediction market contracts directly from a chat.” There is one chat per token, perp or market page, with rules Phantom sets, and you cannot turn chats off or mute them. The article adds: “Live chats are not a support channel.”
Fit: a conversation next to the chart for anyone already holding Phantom. Each chat is tied to a market page and moderated under Phantom’s rules; Cherry vs Phantom chat covers how that differs from a room a community runs.
Telegram trading bots
BONKbot, Trojan, Maestro and Photon trade from a wallet the bot generates and you fund with a deposit, and all four published a 1% trading fee as of September 2026. The appeal is the same as GMGN’s bots: the call and the buy share one Telegram window. The keys, cashback and referral terms bot by bot are on Telegram trading bot alternatives .
Cherry
Cherry puts the trade inside the group chat. Pick a $TICKER from the composer or paste a contract address, and the message renders a token card: on web it shows price and 24h change, MC, FDV, 24h Vol and Liq, and a BUY button that reads NOT TRADABLE when Jupiter has no route. On web, BUY opens a swap powered by Jupiter, the confirm button reads “Sign & Buy”, and the wallet you signed in with approves it. With an external wallet, Cherry never holds the funds. On iOS, Swap and Buy are outbound links to Jupiter and MoonPay, to satisfy App Store rules.
Two things follow from having the trade in the room. A trade another member shares in the chat can be copied from the chat in one tap, through the same swap flow. And where the owner turns it on, the call bot ranks the room’s calls by peak multiplier since the call and credits the earliest caller. The full flow is on trading in chat .
The Trenches, a public Solana room with no entry rule, had 7,539 members and 17,584 messages in October 2026, rated 4.4 stars from 14 reviews. Trenches in crypto explains the word.
Perps and tokenized stocks live in the Trading Terminal mini app inside Cherry, which trades spot, perps and stocks in one place. Its Stocks & RWAs board lists xStocks; check the Verified mark and the RWA tag, because tokens that copy xStock names also turn up in its full list. As of October 2026, the xStocks site says: “xStocks are not available to residents of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or sanctioned jurisdictions.”
Honest limits: Cherry is not a sniping terminal, and this page makes no claim about limit orders or execution speed. The two marks a token card can show are Jupiter’s ratings, and neither is a safety check.
Fit: for traders whose calls come from a group, who want to buy from that thread and keep signing in their own wallet.

Which one to pick
There is no single winner: pick by the first decision that matters to you.
- If the key must stay in a wallet you already control, the choice is between Phantom, Jupiter Mobile and Cherry. Jupiter Mobile for spot, perps and predictions in one app, Phantom for chatting on the market page you are already looking at, and Cherry for buying inside a community’s own room.
- If speed tooling decides it (migration buys, limit orders, wallet tracking, automation), choose Axiom for a Solana web terminal or GMGN for Telegram bots across chains, and treat the account wallet as a hot wallet.
- If you want a phone app that covers Solana network fees and shows you a feed of traders, choose fomo.
- If your calls already arrive in a group chat, choose the app where that chat lives and the buy button sits under the call: Cherry, with the call bot keeping score.
Nothing here is financial advice. Tokens can lose value.

FAQ
What is the best app to trade memecoins?
It depends on three choices. If you want a web terminal with limit orders and migration buys, look at Axiom or GMGN. If you want a phone app with a feed of traders that covers Solana network fees for you, fomo. If you want to keep your own keys on a phone, Jupiter Mobile or Phantom. If you want to buy from the group chat where the token was called, signed in your own wallet, Cherry.
Axiom vs fomo: which fits?
Axiom is a web terminal: its docs list migration buys and sells, limit orders, wallet tracking and an X monitor, with a net spot fee of 0.95% down to 0.75% by volume tier as of October 2026. fomo is a phone and web app built around a feed of traders, with Apple Pay funding and a Solana fee of 0.50% on orders from 190 USDC in September 2026. Pick Axiom for tooling and fomo for a simpler app with a follow feed.
GMGN vs Axiom: what differs?
Custody and reach. GMGN’s Telegram bots generate a wallet for you and its docs say private keys cannot be exported, while Axiom shows you a recovery phrase at signup and suggests importing it into a standard wallet. GMGN also covers Ethereum, Base, BSC and Tron and charges 1% per transaction; Axiom currently supports Solana, at 0.95% to 0.75% net, as of October 2026.
Which memecoin apps let me keep my own keys?
Of the seven here, Phantom, Jupiter Mobile and Cherry trade from a wallet you hold: Phantom is the wallet itself, Jupiter Mobile calls itself self-custodial, and Cherry swaps are signed in the wallet you sign in with, such as Phantom or Solflare. Axiom and fomo create a wallet with your account, and GMGN’s Telegram bots and the other Telegram trading bots generate one for you.
Can I trade memecoins on an iPhone?
Yes. fomo, Phantom and Jupiter Mobile are phone apps that trade in the app. On Cherry’s iOS app, Swap and Buy open Jupiter or MoonPay outside the app to satisfy App Store rules, while the Cherry web app runs the swap inside the chat.
Can I trade from a group chat?
On Cherry, yes. Paste a contract address or pick a $TICKER and the message becomes a token card; on web, BUY opens a Jupiter swap that your own wallet signs. Phantom also lets you buy or sell from its live chats, which are one chat per token, perp or prediction market page, with rules Phantom sets.
